Locations
This feature lets you to enter the name for the particular locations and restrict the area of time tracking.
Locations
You can specify a location in three ways:
Enter the place and street and click the "find location" button. Coordinates will complement themselves.
Enter only coordinates (you can copy them from Google Maps) and click the "find location" button.
Click any location on map, all date, including coordinates, will automatically complete.

inEwi offers you an internal messaging feature. Thanks to internal chat you can always send a message to someone from the company.
Messages
To send a message from internal chat select the person and click on. The chat window will display.
Optionally you can use filter window to find particular employee.

Edit your employee
Edition allows you to change all employee data. To save the changes remember to click the green button SAVE.

By clicking on the bell icon located in the upper right corner of the application you can check all waiting notifications.
All notifications in one place.
Here you will receive a notification about new schedule, accepted or rejected absence request, new business trip and about new waiting time-off request.

Minimal overtime to count
You can find the Minimal overtime to count feature in the inEwi settings TimeTracking category.
Example:
We set up the minimal overtime count to 30 minutes. If employee:
Has planned schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and finished work at 4:25 pm, application will not count this work time (25 minutes) as overtimSome readersQuick preview
Quick preview is a simple feature offered by inEwi. It helps you to check current status of your employees.
By one click you can verify statuses of your employees.

List of present, absent, and late employees located in the upper right corner of the application.
Now you can also verify your employees in defined locations.

Select the employee, type of event and fill the date and time fields.
Click SAVE.
That’s all!

Default ARCHIVE department offers you possibility of hiding employee data in the inEwi.
Archive department.
Archive is a default department. You can drag every employee to hide all stored data but every time you can return (by draging employee to another department).
After moving the account to the Archive department, this employee account will be automatically deactivated.Some readersNight hours
inEwi application, let you set the time at which the system should start counting the night hours.
Night hours
inEwi allows you to define any hour from which to start counting night hours. In addition, set "Duration of night hours": minimum 1 hour, maximum 12 hours.
This functionality allows later analysis of the sum of these hours.
This option is available in the application settings in the Time Tracking category.
