inEwi offers the possibility to create new statuses.

Examples of statuses added to inEwi:
Private exit
Business exit,
Home Office,
AAA Project,
BBB Project,
AAA Order,
BBB Order,

Additional statuses

How to create a new status?

Go to the Settings.
Select Time Tracking.
Scroll down to "Statuses Management" category.
Click the blue button View/Edit.
Click the blue button Add new status.
Describe the new status.
Select If you’d like to count time from created status to work time and possible overtime.
Maximum total duration – here you can set the maximum time of status duration.
Required minimum work time – describes the minimum work time during the day, which is necessary to count status.

Maximum total duration and Required minimum work time are optional features. You don’t have to set it.
Click Save.
That’s all!

NOTE ⚠ The system automatically creates the end of the added status on the basis of "name (end)". If you have created a status called "Break", its end pair will be "Break (end)".

The end of status is visible only when event logging and will be visible in:
inEwi RCP - mobile application,
inEwi - Grafik Pracy, Rejestracja Czasu i Urlopy - mobile application,
Virtual Time Clock- browser,
KIOSK - browser.
If we created a status called "Break", its pair until the end will be "Break (end)"

⚠ Remember that additional statuses has to be clocked between main statuses Clock In and Clock Out.

✅ An example of correctly reported statuses:

08:00 am - Clock In
09:00 am - New status A
10:00 am - New status A (end)
01:00 pm - New status B
02:00 pm - New status B (end)
04:00 pm - Clock Out

📊 Reports

Additional statuses can be displayed additionally on the Summary Report and the Timesheet Report. Just click the gear icon ⚙ on the top icon bar and enable additional columns to display them
