You can send a time-off request in a few simple steps.

Add a new time-off request

To send a request just hover the cursor of the mouse on the selected day and click the plus icon.

Every request has unique ID numer.

Type – inEwi defines a few default types of absences. You can also add a new type of absence in the Settings. Click here for more details: Time off
Range days/For day – select one day or range of days.
Time of acceptance steps – here you need to choice the person you want to send a request.
Add a note – optionally add a short note/description.
Attachments – optionally add an attachments. Possible types of files: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .png, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .zip oraz .txt. Maximum size of the file is 10 MB.

Important – if you are a head-admin of the account, your request will be every time accepted automatically.
