Would you like to let your employees to take a look on the schedule or to send an absence request?

Here you can read how to do it.

Add an employee:

Go to the EMPLOYEES view.
Click on the plus icon in the upper menu bar.
Enter the name, surname and e-mail address.
Click SAVE.

If you add the employee earlier, just open his personal card, enter e-mail address, and click SAVE. Software will automatically send an invitation e-mail.

What next?

Employee will receive an e-mail message with the invitation link.
Employee has to click on the invitation link (token) and set own password.
Now e-mail address is the employee login.
Now employee can log in into web application (https://inewi.pl/) and the "inEwi - Grafik Pracy, Rejestracja Czasu i Urlopy" mobile app.

IMPORTANT! – Invitation expires in 7 days.

Invitation has expired? Go to the employee personal card > Advanced > Send an invitation. If it’s not possible (button isn’t available) probably employee has activated an account. In this case employee need to use password reset form: Forgot Password
